Wine: Monastrell
Variety composition: 100% Monastrell.
Denomination: D.O. Jumilla.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 14°-16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, of an intense ruby red color with evident purplish reflections, consistent.
On the nose, the range of aromas is wide and varied, intense and of fine quality. Floral scents are accompanied by notes of dark berry fruits. Important notes of sweet spices are highlighted, reminiscent of carnation flowers, vanilla and cinnamon. Closing with hints of aromatic herbs.
The sip is rich and opulent, the tannic component is good, linear and non-invasive. The taste-olfactory persistence is appreciable, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit, almost like jam.
Ideal for meat dishes, tried with a mixed grill.
