Wine: Retsina
Variety composition: 100% Savatiano.
Denomination: tradizional appellation Retsina.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 9°-11° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a straw yellow coat with greenish reflections, of good consistency.
The nose is an effluvium of floral and fruity aromas, of fine quality and very intense. Hints of fresh white flowers intertwine with notes of yellow peach, mango, papaya, and lemon. Closing with a hint of Mastiha.
The sip is particularly lively, rich in acidity. The taste-olfactory persistence is great with the unmistakable balsamic note of the resin. All the scents highlighted on the nose are also found.
A unique sample of its kind, true and unmistakable expression of a territory.
It is recommended in combination with typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine rich in spices.
