Wine: Gagio
Variety composition: 100% Trebbiano.
Denomination: I.G.T. Bianco Toscana.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: .
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal- clear, straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose it is quite complex, with intense and overall fine quality scents. It opens with scents of fresh flowers reminiscent of white petunia, acacia and jasmine. Followed by hints of white and yellow pulp fruit: golden apple and thigh pear. Closing with a nuance of fresh citrus.
The sip is very fresh, balanced in its components, with a good acidity. Good taste-olfactory persistence, which gives the taster a persistent aftertaste of citrus.
