Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Taurasi
Variety composition: 100% Aglianico.
Denomination: Taurasi D.O.C.G..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections on the rim, consistent.
The olfactory profile offers a wide and complex range of intense aromas of fine quality. It opens with floral scents reminiscent of a potpourri of red wild flowers, followed by enveloping fruity notes of small red berry fruits such as currant, blackberry and corn cherry. The range of perfumes is completed by hints of spices such as cinnamon and cloves and a nuance of ground coffee beans.
The sip is important, with a good tannic texture, the aromatic taste persistence is also good with a very pleasant note of sweet spices.
A sample that meets the taste of both a neophyte and the most demanding taster. A pleasant confirmation for a company with great prospects.
