Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, pale straw yellow in colour, with good consistency.
The nose opens with floral notes reminiscent of peach and acacia flowers, followed by fruity scents such as golden apple, thigh pear and nectarine. Closing with a note of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean maquis.
The sip is very fresh, supported by a good and vibrant acidity which invites the taster to repeat the sip. Long finish with fresh citrus aftertaste.
