Wine: Roditis
Variety composition: 100% Roditis.
Denomination: PDO Patras.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with an intense straw yellow colour, consistent.
The nose has a bouquet of complex and good quality scents. Floral notes of citrus trees and apple trees, are accompanied by addictive hints of fresh citrus fruits such as citron, grapefruit and bergamot. Closing with hints of minerals reminiscent of iodine.
The sip is decisive, mineral, with intense acidity. Good taste-olfactory persistence reminiscent of medicinal herbs.
Sample that fits perfectly with traditional Hellenic dishes based on feta cheese and vegetables. Tried it with an eggplant parmigiana.
