Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense pink color tending towards purple, with a good consistency.
The nose is quite complex, with intense and fine quality floral and fruity hints. Notes of peach blossom and dog rose intertwine with notes of fresh red pulp fruit. Closing with a delicate note of fresh citrus fruits.
The sip is very fresh, easy to drink. Overall quite balanced, it gives a good persistence of aromatic citrus flavors including mandarin, lemon and grapefruit.
A sample to drink in the year, perhaps during an aperitif based on cured meats and non-aged cheeses.
