Denomination: I.G.P. Val de Loire.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a lively straw yellow color with almost imperceptible golden reflections, of good consistency.
The nose is quite complex with intense and good quality floral and fruity hints. It opens with notes of white flowers associated with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach, mandarin and apricot. Closing with a slight sensation of grapefruit and iodine.
The sip is balanced, fresh with a good persistence. A pleasant sensation of citrus notes remains in the mouth.
Sample tried in combination with a grilled shellfish.
