Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections, quite consistent.
The nose opens with intense and very fresh scents. It is the floral notes that open up the fairly complex range of perfumes, followed by a riot of notes of ripe white and yellow fruit. It is the exotic fruit that strikes the taster with particularly intense notes of papaya and pineapple.
The sip is fresh, overall balanced in its components. A persistent note of fruit remains in the mouth, associated with a delicate sensation of sapidity.
A sample to combine with fish dishes.
