Wine: Retsina Amphorae
Variety composition: 100% Roditis.
Denomination: PDO Patras.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, light straw yellow in colour, quite consistent.
In the glass it opens with a fairly wide variety of scents, quite intense, but overall of fine quality. It has floral notes reminiscent of jasmine, chamomile and peach blossom. The olfactory range is completed by hints of citrus and peach, corroborated by a note of Mediterranean herbs.
The sip is fresh, pleasant and balanced. Good olfactory taste persistence of fresh citrus fruits.
Campione tried it with a mixed fry of squid and squid.
