Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
Variety composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: California.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 15° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense, consistent ruby red colour.
In the glass it opens with a large, intense and fine quality bouquet of aromas. In addition to the pleasant floral notes, it impresses with hints of ripe dark berry fruit such as blackberry and durone cherry. The olfactory range is strengthened by hints of freshly ground coffee beans and aromas of sweet spices where vanilla stands out.
On the palate the sip is supported by an important tannin, albeit well smoothed and velvety. Perfectly balanced in its components, it leaves a sensation of cinnamon and a hint of chocolate powder in the mouth.
Tried in combination with grilled beef.
