Wine: Chardonnay
Variety composition: 100% Chardonnay.
Denomination: California.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a bright straw yellow color, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is characterized by a fairly complex range of aromas, where the scent of fruit is dominant. It opens with notes of fresh white and yellow flowers, immediately wrapped in intense hints of white and yellow pulp fruit where the hints of thigh pear, ripe melon and addictive notes of fresh grapefruit complete the exam.
The sip is fresh, with a good acid shoulder, overall quite balanced in the various components. Delight for the palate it gives a fairly persistent aftertaste of fresh citrus fruits.
Tried it with a summer dish based on white meat accompanied by a non-fried aubergine caponata.
