Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
Variety composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Columbia Valley – Washington State.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 15° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a ruby red color with important purplish textures, of good consistency.
The olfactory range is broad, intense and of fine quality. Aromas of withered red flowers, followed by hints of small dark berry fruits with blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. Notes of spices and a delicate note of powdered chocolate complete the examination.
The sip is important, supported by a good silky and well-smooth tannic component. Persistent, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and addictive notes of precious woods.
Champion of great elegance and balance.
