Wine: Apothic Red
Variety composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Primitivo, Shiraz
Denomination: California.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 15°- 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a ruby red color with evident purplish hints, consistent.
The nose opens with great strength, intense in scents, complex: black cherry in alcohol, blackberry, blackcurrant, dried plum are the first scents perceived, which are completed with sweet spice aromas such as cinnamon and vanilla to close with a balsamic note.
The sip is a pleasure for the palate, with a velvety taste and linear, precise tannins. It does not lack freshness and good persistence on the olfactory taste which recalls a ripe fruit with its slight hint of sweetness.
Tried it with veal escalopes with porcini mushrooms.
