Wine: Beyer Ranch Zinfandel
Variety composition: 100% Zinfandel.
Denomination: Livermore Valley California.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red coat, of good consistency.
The bouquet offers hints of fresh red flowers, notes of ripe red-fleshed fruit such as blackberry, currant and ripe fig. There are hints of sweet spices such as vanilla and carnation flowers, closing with a note of ground peppercorns.
The sip is pleasant, with well integrated and linear tannins. Good taste-olfactory persistence with a persistent aftertaste of fruit and a spicy nuance.
Typical expression of Californian Zinfandel, which is perfectly paired with grilled meat.
