Wine: Alfierirosato
Variety composition: Nocera, Calabrese.
Denomination: Calabria I.G.T..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a lively pale pink colour, quite consistent.
With a fairly complex olfactory range, but of fine quality. It opens with hints of peach blossom and dog rose, associated with hints of small red berry fruits. Perfumes of Mediterranean maquis complete the examination.
The sip is fresh, corroborated by a good acidity and a discreet olfactory taste persistence of fresh fruit.
Tried in combination with a plate of fresh cheeses.
