Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident purplish reflections, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in the range of scents: floral and fruity. Notes of dried red flowers intertwine with hints of red berried berries reminiscent of blackberry, currant, hard cherry and wild strawberry.
The taste is sweet, with a good persistence of ripe fruit. The well-smooth tannic texture is appreciable.
