Wine: Origines
Variety composition: Carignan, Grenache Noir.
Denomination: Fitou A.O.P..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a ruby red coat, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in the palette of its perfumes. It opens with delicate floral notes, which give way to intense aromas of red berry fruits.
The sip is pleasant, with a discreet tannic texture and a good persistence on the olfactory taste of fruit jam.
To be combined with grilled meat dishes.
