Wine: Médoc
Variety composition: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Saint-Christoly du Médoc.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, of an almost impenetrable intense ruby red colour, consistent.
The nose is a riot of fruity and spicy notes, of excellent quality and intensity. It is the ripe blackberry and blackcurrant, almost jam-like, that pervade the sense of smell, an examination which is completed with hints of spices such as cloves and a nuance of blood orange peel.
The sip is unique, very pleasant. Important tannin, perfectly integrated and silky. Sample with almost infinite persistence, it leaves hints of licorice and chocolate intertwined with hints of fruit jam on the palate.
A wine to understand the essence of the terroir of origins.
To pair with grilled pork.
