Wine: Maurizio Fuselli
Variety composition: 100% Petit Verdot.
Denomination: I.G.T. Rosso Toscana.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with very light purple highlights, with good consistency.
The olfactory range is broad, intense and of fine quality. It presents intense and fresh floral notes, intertwined with addictive aromas of small red berries such as blackberry, blueberry, and crème de cassis. The exam is completed by fresh aromas of Mediterranean scrub accompanied by a hint of myrtle and cocoa powder at the end.
In the sip we discover its entire structure, with a perfectly smooth and very pleasant tannin. Supported by great freshness, it gives the taster an infinite and intense aftertaste of myrtle syrup and a nuance of freshly ground black peppercorns.
Tried in combination with pappardelle with wild boar ragù.
