Wine: Cochon Volant Rouge
Variety composition: 40% Guarnaccia Nera, 20% Carignano, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsaut.
Denomination: Languedoc A.O.P..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red color with evident purple highlights, with good consistency.
On the nose, the sample is quite complex in the bouquet of its scents: floral and fruity. Aromas reminiscent of a pot pourri of moderately withered red flowers, intertwined with hints of small red berries such as blackberry, currant and wild strawberry. A delicate nuance of sweet spices completes the examination.
The sip is very pleasant, supported by a slightly intrusive tannic texture. Quite persistent, it gives an aftertaste of macerated raspberry and corn cherry.
A sample to bring to the table in everyday life.
