Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, without any presence of suspended sediments, with a lively yellow color tending towards gold, with a good consistency.
The olfactory profile remains broad, intense and of good quality. Along with hints of fresh flowers, notes of yellow flowers are now perceived, which keep their freshness intact. The fruity notes have evolved, harmonized further. An intense scent of spices and aromatic herbs remains: vanilla intertwined with hints of sage and rosemary.
The sip is soft, round, enveloping, perfectly balanced in its components. Persistent and intense on the palate with its aftertaste of almost candied fruit accompanied by a balsamic nuance.
Champion of longevity, it invites the taster to repeat the sip. A vintage that pleasantly moved me.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow color with evident golden highlights, consistent.
It opens in the glass with a spectrum of intense and fine quality aromas. Elegant floral and fruity scents alternate with aromas of intense sweet spices. A delicate acacia honey nuance completes the wide olfactory range.
It enters the palate with vigor, giving a full and satisfying taste. Good taste-olfactory persistence with a delicate aftertaste of hazelnuts and medicinal herbs.
Sample that characterizes the territory of origin.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright straw yellow color with very light golden highlights, with a good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it presents a wide and intense range of aromas. It opens with delicate hints of white and yellow flowers intertwined with addictive notes of yellow pulp fruits. The varied olfactory bouquet is completed by notes of vanilla and a delicate buttery nuance.
The sip is fresh, very pleasant. Acidity and freshness blend in unison giving the taster an interminable finish of great pleasure. A sensation of passion fruit and sweet spices remains in the mouth.
Tried it in combination with a tuna fillet with pistachios.
