Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear with a bright straw yellow color with imperceptible greenish reflections, quite consistent.
With a fairly complex olfactory range, but of fine and intense quality. It opens with concentrated notes of fresh white pulp fruit reminiscent of peach and apple, intertwined with pleasant nuances of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and, in the finish, a delicate mineral note.
Lively sip, balanced in the various components. Good olfactory taste persistence, which gives an addictive hint of peach embellished with a balsamic note.
A wine pure expression of its places of origin and its terroir.
