Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an almost impenetrable, intense ruby red texture, consistent.
On the nose it presents a broad and intense bouquet of aromas. It opens with floral scents, accompanied by notes of small ripe red fruits: blackberry, hard cherry and currant. The olfactory range is completed by notes of spices such as nutmeg, but also freshly ground black pepper, aromas of Mediterranean scrub herbs and a hint of cocoa powder in the finish.
The sip is enveloping, harmonious, with a smooth tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence, which gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit and spices with a light nuance of aromatic herbs.
An important, precise wine, an expression of the territory of origin.
