Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 – Ryder Estate

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - Ryder Estate
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
Variety composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Monterey – California.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red colour, consistent.
The olfactory range is quite complex, fine and intense. It opens with hints of fresh red flowers which blend in unison with hints of fresh red pulp fruit such as plum, hard cherry and notes of black cherry in alcohol. Notes of sweet spices and dark chocolate powder complete the bouquet.
The sip is overall balanced in its components, giving a smooth and silky tannic texture. Quite persistent, it gives the taster a delicate and enveloping aftertaste of ripe fruit and vanilla.
A wine of great pleasure and elegance.
