Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense and lively straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections, of good consistency.
On the nose it offers a bouquet of hints of fine quality and excellent intensity. It opens with a delicate note of slightly withered yellow flowers, followed by a scent of tropical fruit aromas, but also hints of rennet apple and apricot. The wide olfactory range is completed by hints of acacia honey and delicate notes of toasted dried fruit.
The sip is perfectly balanced in its parts. Freshness and flavor give a sip of great elegance. A long mineral scent remains with a light bitter almond aftertaste.
A wine with great aging potential, a pleasant discovery.
