Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color, good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it opens with a complex range of aromas. The floral notes are intertwined with intense aromas of almost jam-like berries. Hints of sweet spices and notes of powdered chocolate complete the examination.
The sip is pleasant and structured. Good, well-smooth tannic texture supported by good acidity. Good persistence of the olfactory taste with a delicate vanilla and cigar box aftertaste.
