Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively, consistent amber yellow color.
The nose opens with a range of persuasive, intense and varied aromas. Floral scents intertwine with a scent of fruity notes: dried and dried fruit such as apricot, plum, desert date, but also honey and a delicate note of sweet spices intrigue the taster’s sense of smell.
The sip is enveloping, rich. Flavor and acidity corroborated by a long olfactory persistence of ripe fruit and spices give pleasantness and elegance. A harmonious sample in all its declinations.
