Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense and bright mahogany colour, consistent.
The nose offers an intense and opulent bouquet of scents. It ranges from floral with notes of mimosas and withered roses, to intertwined with hints of candied fruit, oriental spices and toasted hazelnuts. Closing with a light note of chestnut honey.
The sip is sweet, but not cloying, enveloping and balanced in its components. Equipped with a strong savory mineral boost, it gives a persistent aftertaste of candied fruit, accompanied by a note of vanilla.
A Vin Santo with its own clear identity.
