Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright straw yellow coat, quite consistent.
The nose opens with hints of fresh yellow flowers which are intertwined with elegant hints of ripening fruit reminiscent of peach and apricot. The varied olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of medicinal herbs and a delicate nuance of citrus at the end.
The sip is very fresh, enveloping and at the same time captivating. Freshness and acidity give pleasantness and elegance, supported by an important aftertaste of Mediterranean herbs and citrus notes.
