Rocca di Bonacciara 2019 - Tenuta Bonzara
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Rocca di Bonacciara
Variety composition: 100% Merlot.
Denomination: Colli Bolognesi D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense carmine red color with light garnet hints, consistent.
On the nose, the olfactory range is broad, intense and of fine quality. The fruity notes are intertwined with hints of small dark berries and cherries in alcohol. Hints of cigar box and aromas of freshly ground coffee complete the examination.
The sip is important, perfectly balanced in its components, with an elegant and soft tannin. Good taste-olfactory persistence with an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
A wine with high longevity potential.
