Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red coat embellished with light purple veins, consistent.
On the nose it is characterized by a bouquet of intense and fine quality scents. It opens with floral scents associated with notes of berries such as blueberry and blackberry. The examination is completed by hints of Mediterranean scrub herbs and a nuance of white pepper.
The sip is important, supported by an important tannic texture and a delicate flavor. A persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit remains.
