Faragola 2022 – Placido Volpone

Faragola 2022 - Placido Volpone
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Faragola
Variety composition: 100% Nero di Troia.
Denomination: Puglia I.G.P. Rosato.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright pink color tending towards red, with good consistency.
On the nose it is a riot of floral and fruity scents, which inebriate the sense of smell of even the most demanding taster. It is the small red berries that give elegance to the exam.
In the mouth, the sip is balanced, fresh, and very pleasant. With a persistent aftertaste, it gives a delicate hint of ripe hard cherry that invites you to repeat the sip.
