Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in colour, with a fine and infinite perlage.
The olfactory bouquet is enveloping, rich, from the clear scent of chamomile flowers to the fruity hints of apple, peach and candied mandarin peel. The olfactory range is completed by a delicate mineral note, hints of pastry and in the finish a nuance of bergamot.
In the mouth, the sip is elegant, freshness and flavor give a sip of great pleasure and balance. Good taste-olfactory persistence with a persuasive aftertaste of citrus fruits and white chocolate. A real pleasure for the most demanding palate.
