Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a sparkling straw yellow color with almost imperceptible golden textures, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, it presents an elegant bouquet of aromas. Hints of broom and wisteria intertwine with a scent of fruity scents: yellow pulp fruit and delicate notes of pink grapefruit and other fresh citrus fruits. Notes of bread crust, butter accompanied by notes of honey and aromatic herbs complete the olfactory range.
The sip is important, harmonious, supported by acidity and flavor and by the persistent aftertaste of citrus fruits and hazelnuts.
A lively sample, which gives pleasure and elegance to both the novice and the most demanding taster.
