Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright amber color, good consistency.
On the nose it offers a large, very intense and fine quality olfactory bouquet. Hints of peach intertwine with notes of apricot and candied orange. Followed by aromas of honey, aromatic herbs and a pleasant cigar box nuance.
The sip is satisfying and rich. With its marked acidity, it balances perfectly with its sweetness, giving the palate a sensorial experience of great elegance and finesse. The aftertaste of dehydrated dates and candied orange is very persistent.
