Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red colour, good consistency.
On the nose it offers a fairly complex bouquet of floral and fruity aromas. Withered roses and violets combine with addictive notes of currants and plums, with a hint of undergrowth.
In the mouth it is satisfying, with a moderate tannic texture, with a perfect balance of enveloping softness and acidity. Good taste-olfactory persistence with an aftertaste of black cherries.
