Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense carmine red coat, consistent.
The nose opens with hints of moderately withered red flowers, followed by intense aromas of small red berries. The olfactory range is completed by notes of star anise, hints of fine woods and a nuance of sweet tobacco in the finish.
The sip is vibrant, enveloping, with a pleasant savouriness and with an important but well-polished tannin. Good persistence with a long and persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic notes.
