Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with imperceptible greenish textures, of good consistency.
The range of aromas is quite wide and of fine quality. It opens with floral scents followed by fruity notes of ripe apple and apricot, all embellished with an enveloping note of acacia honey and, in the finish, a nuance of white pepper.
The sip is very fresh, with an important savory vein. Elegant, it releases an aftertaste of fruit and light spicy spices.
