Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very pale amber yellow color, good consistency.
The olfactory bouquet is broad and of fine quality. The typical floral notes of the grape variety are followed by enveloping fruity notes of apricot and dried fruit. Mineral hints and a delicate balsamic note complete the examination.
The sip is balanced, pleasant and of rare elegance. Acidity and freshness balance each other and supported by a persistent apricot aftertaste give a unique tasting experience.
