Tasting Notes
In the glass it presents itself with crystalline reflections that embellish its straw yellow color coat, of good consistency.
Its aromas are intense, broad and of fine quality. It opens with hints of fresh white and yellow flowers, followed by puffs of hints of tropical fruit notes, yellow peach embellished with hints of walnut and flint and in the finish a delicate mineral nuance.
The sip is fresh, with a perfect harmony between flavor, freshness and delicate tannicity. Good persistence taste olfactory with a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic notes.
