Tasting Notes
Visually it is limpid, with a bright intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it offers hints of violet and peony, followed by intense fruity notes of cherry, ripe blackberry and dried plum. The broad bouquet of aromas is completed by balsamic notes and delicate notes of sweet spices.
The sip is rich and enveloping. Balanced in its components, with an elegant and silky tannin, it offers a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic notes.
A wine that expresses all the elegance of its terroir of origin.
