Tasting Notes
In the glass it is limpid, with an intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it opens with a range of very intense scents and excellent quality. The floral notes of violet, hydrangea and gentian are followed by intense aromas of blackberry jam and cassis cream. The olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of fine woods, spicy notes and a hint of cocoa powder in the finish.
The sip is important, freshness and flavor intertwine, supported by an elegant and well-polished tannin and a persistent aftertaste of durone cherry and spicy puffs.
A wine that is the expression of a unique terroir.
