Tasting Notes
In the glass it is crystal-clear, with a lively ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it opens with a rich bouquet of aromas. The fresh floral notes are followed by enveloping hints of fresh fruit such as small red berries, durone cherry, dried plum and raspberry. The olfactory range is completed by notes of hot spices and a nuance of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is structured, well balanced in its components, with a persistent aftertaste of fruit and mineral puffs.
