Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color that is almost impenetrable, consistent.
On the nose it expresses itself with a broad and high-quality olfactory bouquet. The floral scents that recall a potpourri of withered red flowers are followed by intense fruity notes of blueberry, black cherry and ripe wild strawberry. The range of aromas is completed by hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean basin and, in closing, an enveloping spicy nuance.
The sip is rich, important, perfectly balanced in its components. With a silky tannic texture and supported by a pleasant flavor and a persistent aftertaste of fruit and balsamic hints, it offers a sip of rare elegance.
A wine that expresses its terroir of origin.
