Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Don Antonio Riserva

Denomination: Sicilia D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 15% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red color with purple reflections, good consistency.
On the nose it presents delicate floral notes, followed by intense aromas of ripe fruit embellished with enveloping hints of chocolate powder and notes of spices such as cloves and cinnamon.
The sip is of a unique pleasantness and elegance. Well balanced in its parts, with a silky and important tannin, it gives a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and fine spices.
A wine that tells the story of the territory, an expression of the rigorous style of the company. A pleasant confirmation.
