Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination, the sample appears limpid, with a lively intense ruby red color embellished with light purple reflections, of good consistency.
On the nose it offers a variegated and fine quality scent. It opens with traditional floral notes, followed by notes of small red berries, embellished with delicate aromatic herbal notes and in the finish it offers a nuance of roasting and chocolate powder.
The sip is important. Freshness and flavor, supported by a silky tannic texture and a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic notes, give great elegance and pleasantness.
I am sure that a further period of refinement will make the organoleptic characteristics of this vintage even more appreciated, for a perfect harmony.
