Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections, good consistency.On the nose it presents a wide range of aromas and fine quality. The floral notes are followed by enveloping aromas of Lebanese cedar peel, apple, pink grapefruit and tropical fruit. The olfactory range is completed by hints of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a delicate mineral nuance.The sip is fresh, delicate and well balanced in its components. Good persistence of olfactory taste of tropical fruit supported by a perfect fresh and savoury balance. A sip of rare elegance.
