Tasting Notes
It has a crystal-clear appearance, with a medium intensity straw yellow coat with light greenish reflections, good consistency.
Its aroma is complex and of fine quality. It opens with floral hints of white rose petals, intertwined with fruity notes of grapefruit, fresh citrus fruits and cedar. The olfactory range is completed by hints of delicate spices and puffs of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is enveloping. Freshness and flavor supported by a persistent aftertaste of citrus fruits and mineral notes give an elegant and well-balanced sip.
A wine that strikes for its pleasantness.
