Tasting Notes
Clear, ruby red with purple reflections, consistent.
Fairly complex sample: floral, fruity and toasted. Hints of red flowers such as peony, dark berry fruits reminiscent of cherry, raspberry and plum, notes of tobacco and chocolate powder.
Sample with a moderate tannic texture, fairly balanced in its components, overall of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with braised duck with turnips.

Rating
